I get goose bumps just stepping on to a college campus. :)I'm even thinking about going back to school, but I did dislike some of the classes before I got into a major. So, I can understand. You look great, though! Take care.
Goose Bumps? Dang Stephen, it's not that bad. I love college--it's just the classes! LOL No, but seriously college is great and I have learned so much since I've been here.
That's great that you want to go back or at least thinking of it. What degree will you be seeking? Your masters? In what?
Thanks for the compliments hun You're a sweetheart. For some reason I believe that no matter how gruesome I may have looked you would have said the same.
Yes, I do have a special affinity for women of a darker hue. My lady is a nice dark South African woman. I tell her all the time how much I love her complexion. So, no matter what you are beautiful. :)
I am thinking about either going back to school for a PHD in Education or a masters in creative writing. I already have a masters in education, but I don't know if I want to take that any further...I know I don't now that I'm talking about it. We'll see. Time will tell.
My "Confusion" poem was a description of my inner emotions. I'm confused about my future and which road I want to trod along. My inner passion follows the road of law. I want to be a Prosecuter followed by a District Attorney followed by an Attorney General followed by a U.S. Senator folllowed by a Judge followed by a US Supreme Court Justice... BUT I feel as if something is calling me to teach. Something keeps pushing me along that road.
Good morning Jenelly- Teaching was something that allowed me to give back to the community that I grew up in here in DC. I've never imagined myself a teacher for the long run. I didn't even consider teaching until I was out of college two years. Our lives can sometimes be like a ships course at sea. We go in many different directions to get to our destination. It's never a straight shot. I've been a radio DJ, I've worked in publishing (now I'm back), and I've done all sorts of odd jobs to get to where I am now. I think that you should follow your heart. You have youth on your side so you have plenty of time to change your mind. Perhaps you could go into teaching, but you don't have to stay there. It's great to fall back on when you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the court room (esp. if your working with the little ones...preK, etc.)

Well good luck in whatever it is that you do.
But maybe you can give me some guidance...

How'd you know you wanted to be a teacher?
Good morning Jenelly-
