Dinner is Served
On Friday I went to Dinner with one of my girls to conclude our December intense diet and workout and to set off our November of the same.
She and I did really well with the exercising this month....
.....We made sure to workout 3-4 hours a week
The dieting wasn't as strict as it could have been.....
....We hit some bumps in the road--DAMN YOU MENSTRUATION!!.....
....But for as much exercising as we've been doing it didn't hurt much.
December was a success.
November is here and we are aiming for more successes.
Our first November exercise was an 8 mile walk followed by 40 minutes of TaeBo and an intense ab workout.
