Wedding Planning Part II

Meeting with the Wedding Planners
Last night Coco Puff and I met with the Bridal Consultants and it was great!

We greeted eachother with smiles and hugs and they made themselves right at home. I shared with them all of my ideas and they offered many suggestions. They made us laugh-A LOT! And shared many suggestions with us from past and personal events.

I really felt like I was working with 3 of my closests friends.

In the end, I made it very clear that I do not wish to micromanage this whole thing. My wedding is a year away in Florida and I know that any decisions they make will be with our best interests and budgets in mind.

Why would I want to stress myself over every intricate detail?

I don't mind surprises.

I really don't mind cutting my wedding cake and finding out its Carrot Cake and not Yellow Cake.

As long as its one of the two and it looks simple with flowers, and it's within budget--They can decide.

Should we rent a villa? Or Use the hotel hall?--They can decide.

Thank You KEA Event Planners http://www.keaeventplanners.com/!

I look foward to working with you.

Finding the perfect wedding planner is so hard to do these days. Congrats on finding a good one! Haha, you sound like me. I told my friend, who's a wedding planner, that she could just surprise me for the whole thing and I wouldn't care. As long as I didn't have to wear a white dress. See, I'm terribly pale (more like see-through) so a wedding dress would make me look like a corpse walking down the aisle, or something they dragged up from the bottom of a cave lake. Anyway, the photos on my site are not of my work but I would be more than happy to send you a few samples via email of the lettering styles I work in.

Hi,

A major element to your wedding planning is to arrange the ceremony and the locations of the ceremony and reception. If you are religious it would probably be assumed that you would be wedded in a church or other religious building. If aren’t religious and are looking for a civil celebrant you will also need to plan around that. Planning your reception location would probably take into account the research you have done previously. Shop around for prices; ask around for testimonials of good service to find the perfect location to suit what you want and your budget.
